Refunds and cancellation

Trial

The first 30 days are free and do not need a card. Cancelling during the trial does not create a charge.

Monthly billing

Paid plans renew monthly through PayFast until you cancel. The price you accept at checkout is the monthly amount, in rand. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.

Cancel any time

Cancel from the billing page, or email hello@getsiteready.co.za. Cancellation stops the next renewal. DivePMS stays fully usable until the end of the period already paid. After that the app is read-only. There is no pro-rata refund for unused days in a month that has already started, except where the cooling-off right below applies.

Cooling-off

Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives a seven-day cooling-off period for certain electronic transactions. If you are entitled to that right, or you ask within 30 days of the first successful payment, we refund that payment in full. Write to hello@getsiteready.co.za with the account email and the PayFast payment reference.

Consumer rights

If the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies to you, nothing on this page takes away those rights, including rights around defective paid services.

How to request a refund

Email hello@getsiteready.co.za or phone 081 459 4741. Include the company name, the account email, the date of payment, and the reason. We reply to the account email. Approved refunds are paid back through PayFast or by EFT to the account that paid.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the software stays fully usable until the end of the period already paid. It then becomes read-only. Export and the audit pack keep working. Records are not deleted.

Price changes

We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to an existing subscription. The founding rate, where it applies, is 30% off the list price for 12 months.
